Affordable Senior/Disabled Housing

Alexander Harvey Apartments are for anyone 62 and over, or someone with a disability that requires all the accommodations of a handicap mobility impaired accessible apartment. Alexander Harvey is subsidized by Hud and our apartments are designed to meet the needs of the elderly/disabled with low income. Under the program, a resident will pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income as rent, and all utilities are included in the rent. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have.

Our spacious studio, 1, and 2- bedroom apartments boast fully equipped kitchens, updated flooring, kitchen cabinets and bathrooms with vanities; all apartments have central heat and air. Our large, spacious community center is the heart of our community, offering morning coffee, planned social activities, a fitness center, a computer lab, a laundry facility, and a beauty salon conveniently located on the property for residents.
